TOURNAMENT LOCATION
The Lodi Soccer Complex is located at 8809 Lake Road in Seville, Ohio, 44273. The complex is approximately 30 minutes south of Cleveland on I-71 at I-76. Our site has 30 full size fields and up to 10 smaller fields, as well as an indoor complex with two oversized indoor soccer fields. Please see your internet mapping service for exact directions.

SANCTION AND AFFILIATION
The Cleveland Alliance Soccer Association tournaments are sanctioned by US Club Soccer, an affiliate member of the United States Soccer Federation (USSF). US Club Soccer does not require travel permits but all non-US Club Soccer teams must satisfy their own state travel obligations.
TOURNAMENT’S ELIGIBILITY
US, Canadian and International Competitive Club Teams, State/Provincial Select Teams, Tournament Select Teams and ODP Teams who are registered and in good standing with their official governing body (USSF or CSA affiliates) will be considered for application to all of our events. You will need one copy of your roster form listing all players, medical release forms and an official guest player roster form. Player passes are required for each
player and coach. Canadian and International teams will be required to provide the equivalent. Three games are guaranteed for ages U8 to U19. Roster size all ages - maximum roster size.
U8 THRU U19 COMPETITIONS
Open to all USSF, CSA and International affiliated teams. Sanctioning granted by US Club Soccer which allows competitive competition for all age groups

U11 - 8v8 or 11v11
U12 up – 11v11
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
To enter, simply register using the link above. A check or money order made payable to CASA or online credit card payment must accompany all applications.
AWARDS
Following the completion of each Championship match, the two teams will present themselves to the tournament headquarters area. First and Second place teams will receive individual awards.
TEAM CHECK-IN AND REGISTRATION
Team check-in and registration will be held one hour before your first game on Saturday at tournament headquarters located at the Lodi fields.

Any USSF certified referee interested in officiating games at any tournament should e-mail the referee assignor Wayne Wilson
ON-LINE REGISTRATION
All entries must be registered online. Schedules will be available online approximately 10-14 days prior to the event. You can also access a complete set of rules online. Full payment must accompany your registration/confirmation if paying by check or you may pay online using your credit card at time of registration. Once accepted into the tournament, there will be no refund of entry fee for withdrawal.
